The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

You may purchase merchandise from this Website by using any one of the payment options listed (visa, mastercard, AMEX, Discovery, debit/check card or Paypal). BFB Activewear USA reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you.
Like many retailers, we stand behind our products; if an item hasn’t met your expectations, you may return it to us. Unlike most retailers, we also stand behind the product selection advice offered through our catalog, website, and staff; if an item you’ve purchased based on this advice turns out to be unsuitable, you return it to us. RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS:
Returns and exchanges can be made by mail. Exchanges and refunds are offered on unworn, unused, undamaged and unwashed products ONLY within 10 business days from invoice date. We want to fit you the Best, so please call us, if you wish to return, exchange or cancel an order placed online at 1-(585) BESTFIT (237-8348).
All returns must have a Return Authorization [RA] Number prior to returning the merchandise to BFB Activewear USA. Customer must request an RA# via phone by calling 1-(585) BESTFIT (237-8348), or via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Once an RA# has been issued, customer has 10-business days for merchandise to be received at BFB Activewear USA for it to be valid. Any return received after that deadline will be voided.
For a full refund, merchandise must be in its original condition, meaning all hang tags must be attached to the garments and they should not have any pet hair or deodorant stains on them. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Soiled, worn, damaged or laundered items may not be returned and will not be accepted. BFB Activewear USA reserves the right to refuse any return not meeting any or all of these requirements.
- Orders exceeding $200 are subject to 15% restocking fee.

- We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items once delivered. Once items have been scanned as delivered to the customer’s address, it is up to the customer to claim any missing, stolen or damaged items with the appropriate Postal Carrier
Exchanges require 3–5 business days to process.
All exchanges must have an RA# prior to returning the merchandise to BFB Activewear USA. Once an RA# has been issued, customer has 10 business days for merchandise to be received at BFB Activewear USA for it to be valid. Any return received after that deadline will be voided.
Customers will be notified via email when the exchange has been processed and the updated items have shipped out.
Refunds will be issued immediately upon receipt of returned items.

Returning by mail Within the US:
Returned items must be sent via Regular US Mail (Please contact us at 585-237-8348 for RMA number return information). We recommend that you use delivery confirmation option, so that you can track your parcel with the US Postal Service.
Please Note: We cannot accept CODs or courier deliveries. Outside the US: Ship goods prepaid, by insured ground shipping. To avoid unnecessary delays, please write “U.S. Goods returning” on the outside of the package.
Please Note: Do not return items by UPS or other carriers, as duty and / or brokerage fees will be charged, and your return will be refused by BFB Activewear USA. If you are requesting an exchange, please remember to include sufficient payment for the return postage. Where applicable, please contact your local customs office for information about any taxes or duties that may be assessed on a return shipment.
